Registration is Open: Houston & Boston Workshops to Address Mobility Challenges, Fall 2019
As the mobility landscape changes, company stakeholders strive to adapt, aware that they must strike a balance between managing costs and achieving efficiency, all while ensuring a positive experience for relocating employees and mobility customers. It’s a tall order, further complicated by additional challenges that mobility leaders face along the way, from managing multiple move types to branding mobility as a strategic partner, whose goals include achieving organizational goals and making the company a center of operational excellence.

Mobility Alignment: Challenges & Opportunities for Organizational Impact
To address these challenges, SIRVA has developed an interactive workshop designed specifically with the mobility professional in mind. The workshop focuses on identifying and exploring opportunities for peer-to-peer learning and an open forum in which company stakeholders can collaborate on program and policy challenges specific to the mobility industry. Additional insights will be provided based on our 2018 global mobility report, Mobility Alignment: Challenges and Opportunities for Organizational Impact
Key areas of focus will include:
- Defining mobility strategy to align with organizational strategy and priorities.
- Enhancing the mobility experience for the relocating employee and mobility customer through program flexibility
- Discussing tips on supply chain management best practices
- Discovering the benefits of developing mobility partnerships
Attendees are eligible to earn CRP and/or GMS credits and can expect to leave the workshop with new insights that will offer a fresh perspective on their respective mobility programs.
