In the 16th annual Relocation Managers' Survey conducted by Trippel Survey & Research, LLC, relocation managers reported an increase in overall satisfaction with SIRVA among large relocation management companies compared to last year’s outcome and also ranked SIRVA first in seven key categories including:

• Trust
• Responsiveness
• Disbursements to transferring employees
• Value for the price paid
• Service recovery in implementing long-term solutions
• Reporting accuracy and timeliness
