SIRVA Announces New Innovation in Global Compensation
New Products Enhance SIRVA’s Proprietary Platform of Relocation Solutions
CHICAGO—(January 14, 2015) — SIRVA, Inc. (“SIRVA” or the “Company”), a leading provider of global mobility services delivering integrated relocation and moving solutions for multi-national corporations, governments and consumers, today unveiled new enhancements to its suite of global compensation relocation services with the launch of the Global Cost Calculator and the Global Expense Management Tool.
Using proprietary SIRVA data, the free Global Cost Calculator enables users to generate a detailed estimate of the expenses associated with relocating an employee from one destination to another before incurring any costs. SIRVA’s Global Expense Management Tool enables relocating customers to manage travel expenses on their computers, mobile phones and tablets.

Global Cost Calculator
SIRVA’s Global Cost Calculator is a custom solution that provides detailed estimates for relocation expenses in a customer’s preferred currency. By entering basic information on a relocating employee’s dates of travel and destination, customers can estimate a variety of relocation costs, including:
Pre-Departure:
- Visa & immigration
- Destination services
- Cultural and language training
- Home finding (airfare, meals, incidentals and lodging)
- Auto loss on sale costs
Departure and repatriation:
- Miscellaneous relocation allowance
- Air/sea/surface shipment
- Storage in transit
- Pet transportation
- Temporary living
- Home finding
- Final move expense costs

Global Expense Management Tool
SIRVA’s Global Expense Management Tool has been revamped and redesigned to provide a simple and convenient way for relocating employees to access and manage their travel expenses wherever they need to – whether that is directly from their computer or through dedicated mobile phone and tablet platforms. Through this offering, relocating employees can:
- Create and view new expense reports and modify existing expense reports
- Upload photos of travel receipts and attach them to reports
- Convert reports into PDF format for easier sharing via email
- View the status of submitted expenses
Existing customers will be able to utilize the Global Expense Management Tool as part of the SIRVA Connect app available for download.
