  1. Mobility drivers are evolving from your employees’ perspective. Ensure that you understand their needs.
  2. Know your company’s challenges and speak with your talent and local HR colleagues, mobile employees, and spouses/partners.
  3. Stay up to date on industry knowledge, solutions and related technologies and share best practices with your industry peers.
  4. Make sure your policy is inclusive and provides support and flexibility.
  5. Monitor KPIs and the impact on your program.
