The global diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) landscape is ever-changing and varies further from organisation to organisation. Where are companies on their DE&I (also known as D&I) journey? How does talent and mobility intersect with DE&I? Which of their approaches have provided the strongest results and what areas have they identified for improvement, especially in relation to the current state of the world? We know that company stakeholders would benefit from the answers to these questions.  Because we partner with clients who are experts in both mobility and diversity and inclusion, we’ve created a webinar series designed to foster best practices and progress around both topics.  We hope you’ll join us for Mobilising Diversity: Customer Stories – Building and Leading Equitable and Inclusive Talent Management. In each episode, we’ll introduce a different featured speaker who will discuss how DE&I has been addressed, historically, within their organisation; their business’s current approach to DE&I; and how the initiative can positively impact mobility and talent management.

Mobilising Diversity: Customer Stories

Building and Leading Equitable and Inclusive Talent Management

This webinar series will highlight the intersection of mobility, diversity, equity, and inclusion. In addition to discussing best practices and innovative ideas with SIRVA professionals, corporate mobility leaders will also share their success stories and organisational approaches to:

  • Best practices
  • Mobility’s influence on and enablement of DE&I
  • The role of DE&I within their organisations and how that role has changed
  • Influencing the organisation’s diversity through talent acquisition
  • Individual responsibility for DE&I
  • Measuring the success of DE&I programmes
  • Creating a more equitable, inclusive environment (and why aspiring for diversity alone is not enough)

Information on how to begin when just getting started on diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts will also be addressed.

Whether mobility is each speaker’s dedicated focus or one of many areas of specialty, their stories promise to be informative and timely. Hosted by Stephanie Captain, Director, Marketing & Affinity Services, SIRVA, webinars to be featured include:
